[He'd stand out quite a bit as he sat down on one of the small stools offered to those participating in the game. He'd been there for about an hour, continuously trying to win. It wouldn't be nearly as frustrating if didn't always come just short of winning.
Finally, he couldn't restrain his frustration anymore and stood up, reaching across the booth and grabbing the vendor by the shirt.]
What is this, some kind of scam?! How the hell is anyone supposed to win at this game?!
[ Okay so he thought this would be just a casual day, nothing big happening except seeing the sights that he's hardly seen before. So when he comes across the games and sees this guy looking like he's about the slug the poor vendor, he's not sure what to do. To intervene or not to intervene. ]
Uh, hey...
[ Well, never let it be said that he just charges in, unlike some people who shall remain nameless. ]
Or you'll get in trouble with the security here and then get kicked out.
[ Seriously, why is this guy getting so worked up over a game? Doesn't he know that games like this are usually rigged? Well, that's what his vague memories tell him, some indistinct shouting about how all these places set it so that people rarely win. ]
Don't call me little! [ He just says that on instinct, really not liking it when people label him like that but.

He scratches the back of his head, though he does keep a close eye on the guy, ready to either fight or run if the dude tries something on him. If anything, he'll run since he doesn't want any of the authorities on him, but he'll fight if he has to. ]
I just.. didn't think anyone would want to get in trouble with the guards here. That's all.
[ Why do people insist on giving him nicknames? And this one just comes back to bite him since he knows someone else who calls him that. Is there something so wrong with just saying his name? ]
It's nice to meet you, I guess. [ He gives a curious look. ] What were you trying to do anyway.

You might want to cool it.

[When he turned to look back at who'd spoken to him, Takamura's gaze passed above his head on the first pass but spotted him on the second.]

Eh, it wouldn't be worth it.
[He takes a closer look at this little guy who decided to get himself involved.]
You're pretty gutsy for a little guy to try and protect him from me.

Heh heh, you can't help being little, but you've got a lotta spirit. That'll more than make up for it.
What's your name?

He tries to dislodge the hand on his head, waving his arms but not intending to hit, just wanting to get the hand off! ]
It's Roxas.

[He gives a shrug and points his thumb over at the game vendor.]
I got bored walking around so decided to win a prize or two. Didn't know the bastard had rigged the whole thing.

Anyway.
Roxas glances over at the vendor who's still getting over the scare he just got from Takamura. ]
Don't people who run those things usually do that though? They're just trying to get your money.
