Really? I loved it, and I love Little Britain. Some skits were better than others, but that's the way it always is. Overall, I was really impressed with how they didn't hold back or tone it down for the sensitive American sensibilities.
I didn't watch based on the adverts, but have you given 'No Heroics' a try on ITV? It is gloriously outrageous and non pc. The ITV catch up viewing thing is a struggle but I thought it was worth it despite the ridiculous amount of buffering. A super hero called Thunder Monkey, honestly. :)
Thursday ITV2 at 1030, right after Secret Diary of a Call Girl and you can watch the onces you missed here... http://www.itv.com/CatchUp/Programmes/default.html?ViewType=1&Filter=1702. Sadly it's not as good as the BBC viewer, so you may or may or may not want to watch those but they really did make me laugh.

I even found the voice over by the Fabulous Tom Baker embarrassing - that guff about us letting them (the USA) win the War of Independence because they threatened to cry if we didnt... ? Just so cringeworthy. Expected better of David and Luke, really I did.
