Mouse dropped to the floor of the bathroom and cried some more. She had heard Cloe's last words, but didn't come out. All the events had just happened that morning. How could Mouse just forget

"Mouse, Mouse are you ok? Please come out Mouse, I'm really worried about you." Amber was leaning against the bathroom door, hoping that she could talk Mouse around. If everyone else started to panic, then Amber would panic, and that was not exactly a good idea, she needed to keep her head right now.

"I know Salene going missing is awful, and I wish she was back too, but I promise we'll do everything we can to find her. Siva and Lex won't come back till they know something, and me and you can look for clues in the Mall. I promise you, we'll find her."

There was the click of the lock - unlocking - and Mouse peered out. "I miss Salene." She told Amber. True, she had just seen her this morning, but with everything going on it felt longer.

[amber_warning]

"I miss her too Mouse." Amber said, "and I know Salene will be missing you too. She won't be able to stay away form here for too long as she'll be worried about you. Come on, lets see if we can find anything that might tell us where Salene is." Amber held out her hand for Mouse to take.

Mouse came out of the bathroom and took Amber's hand. "I'll help Amber. I promise."
