Mouse had left the group on the stairs because truthfully she felt sort of out of place. And she couldn't get by. If she was stopped too long in her forward motion it really could bother her. So she had decided to go to Pride's room to check up on Salene. But she wasn't there. Now where would she have gone? She walked around the upper hallway

Ryan was confued by what had just happened on the roof. What had happened? It had seemed Salene and he were going to have another happy conversation, like after the Ceremony, but then it had gone all sour. It must be me. He thought. But wasn't that the way it had always been between he and Salene? One minute they'd be happy, the next they wouldn't be speaking to each other. It must be me. He thought again.

He realized as he walked along the landing that he had no idea where Patsy and Cloe had gone after they had left Patsy's room. But he did see a familiar face up ahead. "Hey, Mouse." He greeted her with a smile. He followed her gaze where it seemed half the MallRats had gathered on the stiars. "What's goin' on over there?"

She glanced over at Ryan as he joined her. "Jack can't remember anything so Ellie is introducing him to everyone again. And they're making dinner in the cafe." Mouse frowned. She tried to think things over, but she had to ask. Afterall both Patsy and Salene had told her that Ryan was Salene's husband. "Did Salene ever patch your shirt?" Salene had told her she wasn't the best at stitching, but she had to know.

"What happened to Jack that he has amnesia?" Ryan now watched the group on the stairs with concern, especially his friend Jack. Ellie must be worried sick. And when had this happened? He must not be paying attention again and made a mental note to be more alert.

"He frowned in thought at Mouse's question. Had Salene ever patched his shirt? He didn't ever remember her needing to. Why was that so important? "No...she didn't." He finally said. "But I cooked her breakfast." He smiled.

"Amnesia? That's when you can't remember something, right? Don't know." Mouse shrugged her shoulders. Weird things have been happening recently and she had no answers. And besides she had more important questions. "You did? Did she eat it? Did she like it?" She found it weird that Salene didn't cook him meals. After all Salene was a really good cook. But her thoughts were interrupted as Bray came into site across the way. She hadn't seen him in awhile. And then he shouted something. Power and Chaos? "What is he shouting about?"
