In Search of a Dryer

After she had called for Sammy Mouse was expecting for him to stop by her and ask why she had yelled for him, but he went straight to the cafe and Siva took the mop from him. She shrugged. [OOC:Continued from Here.]

Dax looked warily around the wall as the sound of a hair dryer hit and he was surprised to find Mouse there. He moved next to her and looked at himself in the mirror, smiling at her reflection before he began styling his hair. He dried his face well, leaning in and studying it. He didn't want to apply the makeup he'd had when he was a Chosen, or as a Vulture, but he wasn't sure what to do instead, he just wasn't that creative. Dax sighed and put his towel in the hamper, he'd have to think about these tribal markings for a while. When the hairdryer shut off he smiled, "So how are you? I ah found something down the market, you up to playing a game?"

When Dax came over to the mirror Mouse gave him a friendly shove. "Mirror hog." She accused turning the hair dryer towards him letting the stream of hot air hit him before she turned it off. She giggled as she put it away. Served him right. Did guys really spend as much time as girls did fixing their hair? She gave a skeptical look over this thought. "You've been to market? Can I go with you next time?" She looked at him smiling, trying to convince him. "I'd love to play a game, but I have to wait for my clothes to dry."

She heard a hair dryer turning on and off. Possibly Mouse. She had had a little too much fun with it this morning. She leaned around the wall and saw Dax and Mouse in front of the mirror. "Hi, Dax." She winked at him with a flirtatious smile before returning her attention to the little girl in her oversized T-shirt. "Mouse, just to let you know, you don't put shoes in the dryer when they're wet. I went and got you a dry pair and they're in the laundry room. Your stuff should be dry soon." She paused as she was about to withdraw. "Out of curiousity...what happened anyway?"

Mouse jumped at the sound of May's voice, not expecting anyone else. "There was a BIG leak in the kitchen. It was a mess." She giggled, remembering the water fight with Siva.
