Tha first step I usually take is ta meet wit' ya ta determine how good ya are and see what'cha need work on. Right now I'm workin' Grimmjaw-san on his speed, so I'll have ta see what Abarai-san needs help wit'. I agree, I can't wait to start.

Neither Grimms nor Neji mentioned what time it would be so I'm thinking whenever they run into each other. Their fight'll probably draw a crowd and word will spread like fuckin' wild fire whenever it happens.
