1. The first character I first fell in love with
Lex. Mind you I was watching Seasons One and Three simultaneously. I think seeing who he was to become helped soften the blow of his horrid beginnings.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now
Ryan. I never gave him much thought until season three. But after having written a fanfiction centered around him, he's become my all time favorite character. I <3 you Ryan *makes doe eyes*
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't
Ved. What do you people see in him? He's an insecure, bratty asshole with big brother issues.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates
Trudy. Before the whole Amber/Jay debacle she hadn't gained the sympathy vote. I've loved her from the beginning. Through all her histrionics and what not. She's my favorite tragic beauty.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer
Jay. When I first saw him I thought he had a great deal of potential as a character. Then I realized he was just Luke revamped and poorly copied. Now I feel that he was never fully developed as anything more than Techno eyecandy. And he's a complete ass. He feels no sincere guilt or responsibility for his role in the Techno invasion. He constantly makes poor choices and then garners sympathy from all the girls who want to screw him. His morals are deplorable and worst of all, he doesn't even realize that he's a dick. Everyone is so busy making him feel better about himself that he never gets called out for being such a prick. My hate for Jay now runs so deeply that at one point I knew I could never meet James Napier without dropkicking him in the face. I wouldn't piss on his gums if his teeth were on fire. In fact, I'm glad he broke Trudy's heart by showing his true colors because she deserves someone so much better on which to bestow her devotion.
6. The character I would shag anytime
Ryan. Not only is he my kind of sexy, but I know he wouldn't screw me over afterward. Hawk would be my one night stand *swoon*
7. The character I'd want to be like
Alice. She strong, sturdy, pragmatic, faithful, honest and true. I love that she's right in your face. She makes me feel fearless and ready to face anything.
8. The character I'd slap
I would say Jay but it could never end with a slap so it would have to be #two on my shitlist; Java. Augh, what a waste of script padding she was *eyeroll*
9. A pairing that I love
Bray/Trudy, Lex/Taisan, and Ellie/Jack gained my respect finally. Be happy you two, you've earned it.
10. A pairing that I despise
Ram/Java. You'll never convince me that these two were a true love match. He for one can feel nothing but possession and power over anyone. Java wasn't even his favorite wife. And she was too busy trying to get in Jay's pants and convince him to take over. When that didn't pan out she started riding Mega's coattails instead. Those two hooked up because they couldn't find anyone else who could actually stand them.

13. My five least favourite characters
Jay, Java, Ved, Gel, Sammy. Man, just typing those names made my gag reflex flare up.

I guess Alice... except in the love department.

I think the Guardian is kinda hot. In a completely bat crazy, cross dressing, Billy Ray Cyrus Mullet loving kinda way.
