I am not dead in a ditch, although with the way I have been drinking if I was in the states I probably would be... I quit smoking. Kimchi, you are so not funny. Koreans eat it with every meal, and there are over a dozen kinds of it. I have currently had 5 different types and only 2 were edible, one was flat out discusting.

Publix sells jars of kimchi in the produce section. Mmmm... fermented cabbage.
