it was a joke my luber. i was talking to a friend and she said that when you put lessthan slash 3, you will automatically have people you arent really close to say "i love you, you are special, etc. etc." but i know you really care so it doesnt apply to you. it was just something to see how many people that don't comment on stuff will on this post. (i am a tricky russian!)
