Not really. Every month things happen, and then everything goes right back to normal.

Not much. They seem to act like any old drones, except they don't disappear and they have actual names. No wonder they've blended in this long.

Has talking to them yielded any results? Befriending them? ...Kidnapping?

Nothing yet. I think if we tried something like that, Grady would probably step in... but it has to be worth a shot.

I'll consider going along with your plans, whatever they may be. It may take me a while to get accustomed to this place, but I damn sure don't intend to be here for a year.

Any help you can offer would be great. I wouldn't worry about getting accustomed. The place is pretty peaceful when there's nothing going on.

Some months ago, I followed Jane Smith after she reacted strangely to a woman playing music. After that incident, she did nothing out of the ordinary except that whenever the woman was in the vicinity, she would vanish.

We were unable to investigate further as the woman was permanently brainwashed. I cannot say what it means. But it shows that there may be some power which can disrupt the functioning of the drones.

One of the drones reacted strangely to music? I've never heard of something like that happening. We should definitely check this out.
