I made dinner tonight:
Chipolte Pork Chops
Smoked Gouda Polenta
Kick-Ass Salad
All was good, but I made the pork chops toooo spicy for my mexican taste buds. Whoops. oh well. It was fun.
I am waiting for my new pots and pans to come in so I can make a couple of Spanish (Espana) Dishes.

Honestly, I had decided earlier in the day I was cooking dinner. I am so stubborn, once I make up my mind, that's what I do.
(that's also why I ended up at the grocery store on monday night at 8:00pm)
