I would just like to say that it infuriates me that it's 2005, and on the front page of nytimes.com, the article about Angela Merkel, who's about to become the next chancellor of Germany, is under the subhead "Woman In the News

I think the question should be why do they have a "Woman in the News" subhead anyway? Shouldn't anything under that simply be with the rest of the news?
