oh, it's a song by tastes like burning (the lyrics i typed out at the end of the entry). umm i have the explaination right here:

"imagine, for one moment, being forced to carry something growing inside of you that radically alters every aspect of your life, your mobility, your mental state, your health, diet, opportunities, movement, school, work, travel...and then try to tell me that this isn't a form of control over women. too often the debate around abortion gets bogged down in questions of foetal personhood, and fails to consider what goes on outside the womb, before and after birth. abortion must not only be legal, but free and easily accessible to all women regardless of age, race, geographical location or financial status. abortions are far from cheap, and for many women access to abortion, directly or indirectly, is to render self-determination a privilege, accessible only to a certain class of people, instead of a universal right"

word.

i can understand every reason to get an abortion, but still wonder how people find it different than killing a 3 month old cus you dont want it. use a condom or birth control before your pregnant. just my opinon, theres no right answer. Its quite controversial. ready... set... tear opinions down!

I'm sort of undecided/mixed on the issue. the only way i'd support a woman getting an abortion is if she became pregant due to rape, then in my eyes it would be justified. Otherwise I believe that abortion is just a 'care-free' way to dispose of responsibility (a child) and a life.

..about whether you support or understand the person having the abortion. it's about the liberty to have an abortion if one should choose to do so. in a perfect world we all would've used a condom or just have avoided "dat ass" if it was known before hand the girl was going to get pregnant (providing it was unwanted pregnancy). free choice, and free abortion is the way to go. like TLB says, it's a very very life altering thing. abortion is not "care-free", it's a immensly tough decision. but should definetly be something a woman has the right and access to do.
