I will not be accepting any nominations of groups. If there is something you feel is a special case then contact me and we’ll talk, but if it is a tag that encompasses a group of normal characters I am not going to accept it and I will start rejecting those

I've never been in an exchange before!
How do I know if I need to disambiguate a character? And how do I go about doing that if I need to?

So you would disambiguate if a character appears in more than one canon, if characters in different canons share the same name, or if it is possible for a character to be wrangled by AO3 into another related fandom. See the way the nomination form works on AO3 when I accept a character it is automatically put into every fandom in the tagset that AO3 associates them with. I can manually create associations but I can't break the ones made by AO3
