Lethe Press is putting an anthology together for Daughters of Frankenstein: Lesbian Mad Scientists, with an extended due date of 6 months out (July 31, I guess? Original due date was Jan 31). I WOULD LOVE THIS. Basically everyone should write a version of that story. ALL THE VERSIONS EVER.

That was basically my thought when I heard the anthology's focus. "Are you sure you want to compete with the thousands of other anthologies on this subject? WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE ONLY ONE?" ;)

Awesome. I have to admit that my first idea would be less re-animating a dead lover, and more giant armies of grasshoppers. Maybe it's just me.

Let me double-check... I didn't see anything on their site either, but Melissa knows the people in charge over there, so I trust her.

Even so, I'd be more comfortable if it was in writing somewhere official.
