"Stupid," he muttered under his breath. "Stupid brother, stupid Nexus, stupid father, stupid -- STUPID BAG!He muttered all of this with every punch at the bag, and was frustrated when the bag barely budged. Lightning was never physically strong. Or at least, not as strong as Thunder. Punching the stupid sack was grinding his nerves much more.

"Uhm... hello?" came a familiar voice from the other side of the door.

Lightning didn't care who it was or what it was about! All he cared about was that it was company to drag into the house and amuse him, even if he had to force them to stick around.
"Coming!" he called out. Lightning got up from his spot on the couch, walked over to the door, and opened it.

"Uhm! Hiya!" she said, waving, looking a bit nervous.

"Hello, Har -- er, Duela," he quickly corrected himself as he greeted her. After all, she wasn't in make up and she wasn't in a silly outfit.

She thought for a moment. "Oh! I have nother things in the bag besides these!"

"Uhm! Well, this is something I can use as a weapon," she said, extending it and spinning it around a little bit awkwardly.

"Oh! Uhm! I sort of use these to block, or jut out at people!" she said, holding up two miniature weapons that looked like spades. "They're not sharp enough to really hurt someone bad, though..."

"Ah, well, you need something for defense. Surely the other weapons will do the job those cannot do," he said.

Lightning immediately backed up and said, "Okay, when I said I am fine with messing up the walls, I did not mean making them explode!"
