on the news last night, i heard that a high court stayed his execution based on the fact that testimony from co-defendents was "unreliable." so his case may be reexamined. i'm pretty sure this is the same guy from the news.

that's awesome. can you look for your local news' website and see if they have anything on there? they usually webpublish stories that they talk about on air.

wow like how can they do that? cant they see that this an has schitzophrenia? And no DNA? hello jury wake up! arent there laws like making dna evidence a crucial point in deciding who did the crime? or even people knowing common sense that you need evidence to charge someone of commiting a crime?
