yeah, this news came out a couple of weeks ago. i'm devastated. they're making a series of reefer madness with alan cumming.

now i want to go to the video store and get the dvds. i loved that damn show.

in good news, however, usa, scifi, and hbo are considering picking up dlm. let's cross our fingers.

I heard WB was considering it.
Tru Calling was also axed. I wonder if its all the shows being filmed in Vancouver. Oh no! what if they cancel smallville???

TV shows seem to have such a short lifespan these days. I doubt we'll ever see even a 'mainstream' show sustaining popularity for 10, 11 years again, like M*A*S*H or Cheers did. I think, as a culture, our attention span is getting shorter.

the crummiest shows seem to last the longest. like seinfeld.

i agree. i was suprised to hear that ER is on it's 10th or 11th year. and the simpsons are on #15 or something? i'm impressed.
