Yes, actually! This would be partially from a request that dreams_of_all made, but I had definitely been planning on something along those lines. Right now, I'm basically just waiting for the appropriate theme/plot to come to me. Seeing as I worked with the notion of the "default" with Minstrel Show, I've got to find a new route, as I can't do that again. And there's no way I'm going to do anything quite so hackneyed or simple as "Womynz bein oppressed! :("

I haven't decided yet, but I'm thinking it will probably be one of the traditionally male ones. Originally I was going to do Bluestreak until he got optioned for Phantasmagoria (Libertas) and officially became the woobie for that story. I dunno, who do you think? A part of me is wanting to explore Hound's sexual identity crisis.

Dinobots ála Lindsay shall be... very far remove from traditional Dinobot. Phantasmagoria (working title; it may change) has the big theme of race/culture/autonomy (also sex and sexual abuse) whereas with Naturalized we had trust/power/the government and with Revelation it's trauma issues/God. The Dinobots were not created on earth; they are Polemors, and are just as old as everyone else. They come from a small Polemor unit that concentrated on the destruction of organics specifically, and form a very elite, very mysterious force of Polemor. Technically they take three alt forms, as their "primary" form, the robot mode, is almost never seen, their most common alternate is that which is the most feared creature of whatever planet they happen to be on at the time. So, on the planet Earf, they take the form of... Dinosaur!

Should be noted that it was not Wheeljack, but Percy who had the biggest hand in creating these guys, though Wheeljack's Tragic Backstory is linked to the Dinobots in a very different way.

speaking of the Dinobots, what will they look like? Obviously, dinosaurs, but will they resemble thier simlified versions in G1 or will they get a brand-spanking new upgrade ala movie!verse?
Nothing would be cooler than having a giant alien robo-Rex chasing after you <3 (can't suppress fangirlish thoughts of Jurassic Park)

Ah, sorry I never replied to this! I must have never gotten an e-mail.

I had a pretty clear image of what Grimlock will look like, which would obviously be a lot more complex looking, but would also be kind of hard to describe. I'll probably sic calger459 on it when we get close to that one for the visual side of things, not to mention what species I'll end up going with for all three. I'm thinking the herbivorous dinos are a no-go.

And yes, there will be giant robo-rex chasin's. XD

What's up with Miles's dad? I mean, we get that he ran away with the scientologists but otherwise he's this mysterious nameless figure. Does he pay child support? Does he write? Does he make promises that he doesn't intend to keep? Was he actually a cool guy before Mr. Hubbard got to him? Or like, in what ways is Miles like his father?

But I count all this as one question cause it can be summed up as "What's up with Miles's dad?". Yeah, I cheat.

Wow, that's actually a bit more depressing than I was prepared for. And I didn't know that Scientology was like that. That makes it seem more obviously dangerous than I had previously expected and frightens me a little.
