I would say people often have sex out of boredom, or because they feel the need to. Matt and I very often cannot go to bed, without at least doing "stuff", just because sometimes it feels like, "why would you drive to see me, and not get any recompense?" :p

What is FilMJÖLK? And what kind of cookies did you make?

The main reason bachelors have sex is conquest/accomplishment.
The main reason couples have sex is habit/expectation.

That's very very true. And possibly sad. Especially if you are from redneckareas. When I was in High School making out was my special trick to shut up boring people. I dont think I got hang of this "making out because the guy is hot"thing until I moved away from that region, up til then it was more like "making out because the guy is boring and talking too much but doesnt makes me puke".
