Eames couldn't manage his forge, so he'd come through in a blazer and slacks. He exhaled sharply, obviously tense. But the smile he turned on her was brilliant.
"Not enough sleep and too many horror movies, I'm afraid," he told her, shaking his head. "We can try fixing it but my projections may come running," he nodded into the distance, at the sounds of howls.
She raises her eyebrows not fooled for one moment by the blinding smile he's put on.
"Sure...." Her tone drips with disbelief, but she just shakes her head. "Well, what do you want to do...? We can wait for the timer or just kill ourselves out of it."
She's not going to ask yet why his projections are howling because she's not sure she needs the answer just yet, and she's not going to change the dream because she really doesn't want to run into something that's howling.
Eames chooses to ignore her disbelief, trying to place it. Was this some metaphor for keeping the wolf locked up? If Eames strained his ears, he could hear that the howling was coming from inside the castle.
With a frown, he flung the drawbridge up rapidly, expanding the marshy moat. After a moment, what seemed like dogs and wolves appeared on the walks, barking and howling.
"Conjure up some guns for us, pet?" He asked, turning to look at her. "I don't think we should stay."

"Eames...?" She plods tentatively towards him trying not to fall over something she couldn't see in the tall grass.
"What went wrong? Are you alright?" She's worried about him. He hasn't been his usual congenial self today.
