ok, so I'm back in the US for three weeks now and I finally have time to tell people that I am alive. My life has been so busy since I've got back here, catching up with work and things and my folks coming to town and the massive amounts of paperwork I've had to do to get my Feb. grants in on time, it's been a blast. Thanks! Things going good with you? Holidays tolerable (I ask of course now that we've reached Feb. :-P)

And it was not like it was a touristy vacation so there's not much to tell- mostly we travelled around Denmark seeing Bjarke's relatives, eating strange and frightening meats, and being constantly rained on. And it was quite an effort to get his apartment packed up and cleaned up when we returned to Norway, that wasn't really exciting, and you can imagine that when I first got over to Norway, before we went to Denmark, we didn't leave the apartment for like a week, let alone do anything that should be allowed in print.

But yeah. Good times, and glad to be back.

Well glad to hear that things went at least fairly well, and certainly glad to hear you're still alive!

Good luck on the lost luggage thing, blech. Things like that make me never want to pack up some of my more random cool outfits to go to conventions and have to check them, but such is life.
