Bob. Be aware that reasons people are here quite often evolve around murder. Aside from that, however, there really isn't much you can do to prepare, floods, i.e. turbulence that causes dramatic physical and or mental changes, or ports, are often very unpredictable.

I actually already assumed so, but I didn't want to let that make me overly paranoid. Cautious, though, yes.

I'll keep the floods and ports in mind as well.

We had computers and video communication, actually. This is nothing so new.

Actually, you'd probably be surprised at some of the technology we had during my timeline. We even eliminated reliance on oil and fossil fuels.
