Yeah, I'd think that one would be an everywhere thing, too. It's not like it's money just littering the street - it's in a wallet.

The only exception would be if it was, like, Donald Trump's. Then I could justify "Maybe he threw it out because he got a new wallet and the bills were wrinkled or something." ;-D
