Im wearing socks...and long sleeves. Yes chilly mornings have hit Adelaide...finally! now all we need is some rain and Ill be a happy girl. May and not enough rain to fill a thimble for months...roll on the wet & wintry

Is winter coming around for you already?

our first day of winter is 1st of June. By May we usually are having at least long sleeves days and some reasonable rain. Its been freakishly warm this autumn, Ive had the air cond on alot and havent even thought about a jumper let alone soup. I think this April was our driest/warmest April on record, which is saying alot considering South Australia is the driest state on the driest continent on earth :s

aww and all that time you took to type that out too...although this has two positive points, you will never forget how to spell spring, and my children didnt have to smell searing flesh as my eyes burnt out by having to look at sooo many SW*#!@* in one page
