No longer do I eat bologna sandwiches. Her's what I make.

On a good bread, I'm talking potato, or premium whole wheat, not the standard Weber's white or whatever, anyway...that bread, cheddaralla (cheddar and mozzarella mixed) cheese, roast beef, ham, turkey, tomato, and lettuce.

If I was less lazy, I'd add onion, and probably a red-wine vinaigrette dressing or something, but this is for work, and it's hard to pack a dressing like that for work.
I don't like mayo or mustard, so those are always out for me.

Thoughts?

I'll have to try the cilantro.

For me it's light mayo mixed with diced tomatoes and heavy relish.

Funny, I was just thinking about you the other day when I was watching 'Big Bang Theory.' Have you seen it? It's a hilarious tv show about nerds that often remind me of older times spent at your house, gaming etc. But mostly one of the main character made some comments about specific "meat to condement ratio" for his sandwich and I immediately thought of you.

Hope your doing well.

Cheers.
