Hooray! The wonderful Landmark Theaters chain is showing Howl's Moving Castle in both English and Japanese versions in several of its esteemed theaters. For some reason they are not showing this film at any of their SF theaters, but it is playing at movie-houses in Berkeley and Oakland.

Now Rob and I just have to get coincidental days off . . .

You know, I've never been able to see a Miyazaki film in the theater.. I'll probably be waiting for the DVD again rather than hauling my lazy ass out to the Brattle or the Coolidge. I wish Disney would give these movies wider release. Surely after the oscar for Spirited Away they must realize that there's a big audiance for them?
