grrr being inside my head sucks. i need to be the following things:
not a worry wart.
not jealous.

i need to be:
confident

Whenever you start to worry, stop and ask, "Does worrying right now help or change my situation?" Things inevitably go wrong SOMETIMES but accepting that you can't change them just by worrying is a good step.

Whenever you start to get jealous, consider it a worry: "Why am I jealous? Probably because I am afraid _______ will happen. Does worrying right now help or change my situation?"

That's my advice. :D
