I got a letter from Dawson College today, it seems like I won't be going back to school come January. Does anybody have an idea of what I should be doing with myself for the next rest of my life because I've just about run out of ideas.

It not da only school out dere, ya know. An in da immortal werds of da Rolling Stones:
You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes, well you might find you'll get what you need

Dese kinda tings usually turn out fer da bestus, iffin ya let em. An whutcha wanna do, really? Iffin ya kin have enny job ever, fergit money or reality, whut wuld ya pick ta do? Heck, whut wuld ya PAY sumbuddy ta do forever? Cuz da right job not werk, it a pleasure. Figger dat out, an den werk towards doin it - ya gots a lifetime ta try, ennyway. Gud luck.

I'm with Shrokk on this - once you figure out what you want to do, and you have that goal to work toward, putting in the work to get there is much easier.

You can always apply into Marianapolis if you want to stick with CEGEPs in your area, trade schools, et cetera. Don't sweat it too much.

If your really stuck, I'd suggest taking up a trade school. Trade workers such as welders, craftsman, carpenters, or metal workers are always in high demand, or failing that, there's a way you can pass some courses to get cards to be certified in plumbing, and general how-to stuff, and you can work as a superintendant..

Man, i'm only offering construction idea's..>.>

Tech jobs are good, but..umm, i don't know a lot about those.

Good luck though, and call if you need a hand.
