So I'm sitting here, reading Merlin/Arthur fic (stuff by seperis ; highly recommended), watching old Superman cartoons out of the corner of my eye, when I notice that Lex Luthor has constructed a time machine that will let him speak to the greatest wizard of the ancient world. Merlin, of course. And what does Merlin do? Give Lex a recipe for magic marbles

Not the most brilliant plan, but an eight-year-old Lex would be cute. Even cuter would be Clark/Superman taking an eight-year-old Lex in....

I have read a few stories where Clark deals with child-Lex, sometimes due to time travel, sometimes due to Lex being physically de-aged or mentally de-aged or both, etc. Would you like some links?
