Defense Attorney said he had no objection to granting the pardon at the hearing today, so the Board should approve. :) I find out tomorrow. Then I gotta call Nick b/c they made it sound like they wouldn't call him for like a week. Still not sure why. But yeah. Hugs and smiles all around and then we parted ways
