Ding Dong the fruit flies are gone

Fruit flies are my nemesis. Last week I bought a watermelon and the next day the little suckers were everywhere. (That store is now on my avoid list) And once you get them they are almost impossible to get rid of. I scoured the internet and tried 3 different things to get rid of them.
