hey there, ho thererockout013September 21 2004, 11:41:33 UTC
as per your request, i have read your recent entry and now i will tell you of my thoughts young one...ok the first song-i thoroughly enjoy the topic and is something i agree with it...very well written...i think of it as the one minute song that everyone loves and wishes could just be a little longer yet they dont realize that could destroy the whole thing.. The second song - i am totally drawn into reading it because of that first line...the last part is so riveting...good use of the "amen"..at first i was taken aback from the usage of amen coming from the devil's spawn such as yourself.. i feel the second had a more powerful notion to it but i still enjoyed the first one... ok there's my comment for today...hope you find it worthwhile later sucka..
I agree with Jade on the first song completely. It's the song that yer like, hey wow this is catchy and fun...even after hearing it a bijillion times.
I can't help but think that the "Doctor" bit is influenced by the old turn and cougherino that you were privy to. Haha, but I really enjoy how evangelistic and dark you managed to keep it. Dichotomous... but way to go with the hallelujah amens without sounding overtly religious. *beifall*
alright mister, someone needs to update so i can have some literature to critique that i actually want to...this is helping me prepare for my future damnit..now step it up bud..haha just kidding...but not really
