It comes, when you least expect it, when you are the least ready for it. It takes someone you think should not be gone, it takes someone you love. My biological father is dead, we got the call yesterday, they found his body the day before. We don't know what day exactly he died (either Sunday or Monday). Today is a joyous day for me! Yes, yours truly has officially finished her second bachelors degree. However, I still have some loose ends to tie up financially due to stupidity of my previous financial aid counselor, but all will be well, or I will have a nervous breakdown, k? *cheery grin*

At this precise moment, I am contemplating the warmth of my bed, appeasing my muse with a bit of roleplay, finding something on television to watch, watching something on hulu, taking a shower/bath, or simply puttering about until it is time for me to go to bed (which will probably be within the next hour or so).

Happy Birthday to Me
So, today was my 27th Birthday. YAY me right? Sure. That's why I ended up cooking a dinner that only the kids ate (yes, I cooked my own birthday dinner). Meh, beyond that it was a pretty good day. I actually got to meet Hector Elazando (I know I spelled that wrong) He was on my college campus filming "The Celestine Prophecy" and I ran into him and got my picture taken with him. It was awesome.
