Hey, if it makes you feel any better, I felt the same on my birthday. Utterly alone. And Christmas and New Years will probably be the same, if not worse. Hope yours is better than mine will inevitably be.

Listen, I may not know you in person that well but i do know that you just need to hang in there. You deserve the best. Everyone does. Sure you've made some mistakes but we all have.
