Okay, I normally don't post reviews of the movies I see early for work, because a) I'm lazy, and b) I figure no one cares. But this movie made me SO VIOLENTLY ANGRY that I feel I have to say something, and I really, really want you to care. And to not see it.

Nobody who's familiar with Frank Miller as a comics writer is going to be surprised by this review, sadly. The guy's a right-wing, misogynist joke.

Yikes. Yeah, I've basically tried to ignore Frank Miller, because...well, because he seemed like a misogynist asshole. But that "Holy Terror, Batman!" thing sounds ridiculous and beyond the pale. Much like this movie.

Thanks for the links. The secnd one with the interview is scary. I'm sorry to hear that. I really enjoyed some of Miller's early stuff (Elektra, Ronin), so I was surprised how much I disliked Sin City.
