Oohh, that is lovely. I'm really interested to see how much teamfic is going around at the moment, and it's so nice to see that in the Puddlejumper universe too, that sense that they're a family, maybe more than people who are actually related to each other could be. I love how you shifted the focus from John to Teyla here, because I really think she is the centre of the group, in a lot of ways - she's the lynchpin, the link between the alien and earth, military and civilian, and she makes them work. But at the same time, she's set apart from them by virtue of being a woman, actually having social skills, a leader of her own people (baby!), and just generally being enigmatic. But she is awesome, and I love her, and this story is like a love song to her, so I love it too.
