Ok, I've got the picture: my people skills are no problem at all. Every company I went to was very positive about my presentation and social capabilities. But so far only two companies actually got an opening for someone with my profile. I don't understand why a company would even bother interviewing a candidate 2 times (and waste around 5 hours)

Alright, I got yet another invitation for a company in Mechelen. Sounds to be a nice small company with around 8 developers, so teamwork will be no problem and they seem to have a great atmosphere, of course what else would a selection company say to me. I'm waiting for the woman to call me back with a proposed interview date. Let's wait and see.

Ok, this is completely not what I expected, but I got my first contract proposal from my soon former client. They meet every 'demands' I had about salary, car, cell phone, insurances, holiday time, training, flexibility, ...

It almost sounds too good to be true, but I guess I convinced them of my qualities during the last year that I worked for them freelance part-time.

I have to let them know tomorrow, so we can meet up to sign the contract and choose my car :-)
