hey! i have been a joural reader of yours for a very long time (years and years) and have followed your progress and what i can only say is sort of non progress... you know, i guess i mean, like almost everyone else, day to day stuff...
and if you really wanted something different, it is really awesome you can go back to school. the more people delay in going back, the more difficult it seems for them.
it is much better to DO rather than think about doing. or to procrastinate. but then they wonder why their life is the same mundane one they keep having. mundane isn't so bad, but it's the $$ thing. easier to be mudane WITH $$, rather, mundane and broke after rent. :)
i wish you every success. you deserve it! it's your time/turn now. :)
heh, how accurate your words are! I stepped down at my job (and took a ma$$$$$ive pay cut) with the idea of doing it right. turns out that, for me, doing it right means going back to school.
in the end, I'll be making less money than I did in the first place. however, I'll be making that money travelling the world and having 3-6 months a year off to do whatever the fuck I want (like work on getting my photography published).
you need to come and visit STAT! I'd offer to come up (and I still might have a short weekend up there to visit family before I leave), but time is getting short.. so unless you like San Francisco trolleys..
