Can anyone out there in LJ land tell me if there is a way to upload a flash video from a Compaq laptop into my iTunes Library so it can be transferred to my iPod Touch?  I'm wondering if it has to be in some other format ... like maybe an MP3 or MP4 to work ... because when I try to upload, nothing happens at all.  If that's the case, do you know

I'd recommend TMPEGEnc - I don't have an iPod, but that programme converts absolutely anything (in my experience).
