well, they did put a VR6 TURBO in the back, rear wheel drive, I've got the video, but from what I've heard, it's pain in the ass. Unless of course, if we were to take serious time to make it work. ;P I think I'll take chances with 1.8T for now and dream to get AWD drivetrain swap later...
Hehe, flight Style fliptops rock. My next bimmer will have a hidden panel with those under it for various things. Maybe a NOS engagement if I decide to put NOS on the next bimmer. Of course that will be after the Engine rebuild and Turbo install. ;)
Hehe, well depending on the year you'll either get a 330Ti or a 332Ti, anything after 95 would have to be a 332Ti to stick with OBD-II compliance. Although, I would rather have the M3 engine from a 95 (OBD-I) because you can get roughly 70-100 extra HP/TQ out of it then with the same mods on a 96+ M3 engine. ;) The engine swap was my entire plan for that car, a dead dream for the time being I guess. Although, if I was able to find another Ti again I would probalby jump all over it. I loved that car. I cried when I sold it, it was my 1st baby.
Anyhow, I have all the Docs on how to do the engine swap, with details about parts and so forth you'll need to complete the swap. ;) If your interested.
That sucks. Cause that would rock. So are you thinking about getting a TI now? We could always throw a V12 5.0 or 4.5 in there and it would rock your socks off. ;) Crap for gas millage, but it would be fast as hell. ;)

FYI, don't push the big red buttons in Elevators. People will get really really mad.
