There's delicious selections from all over the world(s) - and if you have a specific request, just ask one of the catering staff to make it for you. They're really very helpful.

Sipping his wine, Naesala considers the menu at the same time as considering where his girlfriend might be. The suit is a little unusual for him, but he seems to wear it like it was something that actually existed in his world.

The said girlfriend comes up and takes the seat next to him.

"I should hunt down and kill whoever thought designing such shoes would be a good idea," Rose mutters as she slips off one shoe to rub her foot a bit.

[cawing]

"Shoes for women at fancy dress balls seem to be painful wherever you go." Naesala shakes his head ruefully. "I never understood that, either."

"It is completely ridiculous. Are they trying to cripple women with these torture devices?" Of course to Rose, anything with more than an inch heel was a torture device. She looks over to him though. "You look good though."

Sealand isn't trying to get alcohol, because alcohol is gross. He is, instead, sitting in a nice suit at the table eating fish n' chips.

High class.

"Hi!"

Pearl comes waltzing towards him, her own plate full of party food like sausage rolls and mini-pizzas and, because it's Pearl, some salad and fruit. She grins brightly at him.

"Is it okay if I sit here?"

[defactonation]

"Go ahead! It's been ages."

Sealand may or may not be eyeing those mini-pizzas.

"It has, hasn't it?" Pearl laughs as she sits down. "I feel like I haven't talked to anybody in a long time!"

She looks down at her plate and starts on a piece of watermelon before she notices Sealand eyeing up her food. "Did you want something?"

[*poof!* A floating fairy appears. Cosmo is very dapper in tails and top hat (see icon).]

Wheee! Party food!

[Another poof not even a second later and Wanda floats next to her husband. Pearls around her neck and a rather flattering yellow gown on.]

Come on, Cosmo.

[The faster they ate- the faster she got to head over to the ballroom and dance!]

Mmmmmm... I'm starving!

[Poofing up a plate for each of them and starting down the buffet line. Some of the food is...rather exotic.]

[Xion is hiding at a table in a corner somewhere; her dress is floor-length and has a hood that obscures her face entirely, which is pulled up. She's drinking something fruity, but hasn't bothered to get any food. She is sitting over here huddled and alone, come and join her massive table!

... While she hides from Roxas sob.]

[Winry wanders over.]

Oh-- [she glances around quickly, and then tugs her hood back a little.] Hi, Winry. I like your dress.

Rider, amazingly, has a suit that fits him. And alcohol. Lots of alcohol. Alcohol that he will happily give to anyone, underage or not.

(Waver is likely to be about and grumbling in the background.)

Waver is, indeed, standing near Rider, and he is looking pretty annoyed there. He is also drinking at all, but is instead sipping on a glass of water because he's lame no fun a teetotaler not very fond of alcohol.

And nobody was surprised at Rider's opening line.

It also didn't help that he was a horrendous light-weight and would probably be trashed after two drinks.
