Why, there were cobwebs in on the ceiling and stains on the walls. Given time to prepare, Kasumi would have gladly brought cleaning supplies to help, but, well, it would take much more than her efforts for this place...

If I had to guess? Someone's idea of a joke. Though the fact that there might actually be something significant here might still be a possibility. Who knows? Not like we can't take care of it if there is something serious.
