Those infected wake up on the day with the unwavering conviction that no matter what they do today, tomorrow it will never have happened. They can do whatever they want, without having to worry about the consequences. They can eat as much cake as they want, punch that guy on the bus that keeps touching their leg, just generally let loose; tell everyone they love them, tell everyone they hate them, reveal their secrets or just strut around nude if they want.
And then, tomorrow, oops, the laws of causality still exist. Sucks to be you.
