Wardrobe Malfunction Virus

Basically characters affected will keep having wardrobe malfunctions. It can be as tame as a rip in the seat of someone's pants, to something crazy like clothes mysteriously falling off all together. There can be no explanations for the malfunctions either. Clothes can be loose and suddenly they rip like their too tight, a button that was secure pops off. Get creative. You can make it so that the character might end up having to spend the day in just their underwear, or completely naked if you want. They can keep changing into new sets of clothes only to have the same thing happen again. Get creative.
