Open bar is nice, but not so nice on a Thursday night, and really no good if the only person you recognize is a friend of a friend who either doesn't remember you, or just doesn't give a fuck

Short version: Hopefully people get used to the changes, the night stays long enough for more people to come, and the old feel comes back. Or. . . all the angsty kids are growing up emo, and we're all just a dying breed. This alone makes me want to put on a hoodie and cry with the emo kids.
Not sure yet about Blacksun. I didn't schedule yet since Seema's birthday is that weekend, and now. . . well, she's going to Cali for the weekend now, but it's a lot more expensive to get a ticket and hotel room that it would have been a few months ago. I may change my mind though.
You're an amusing drunk when you come home from the club and write messages that randomly turn into conversation about Faulkner :-P.
I didn't know you still went to goth clubs. But, if you'd want to go to a club in general, how about we go to Chaos? :-P Or Town, Viva at least used to work there.
Yes, Chaos is where they have drag queen bingo, and I was somewhat joking. Unless you'd really get a kick out of it, and then I'd say let's go sometime if we have nothing else to do.
Town is where Viva works at. It's another LGBT club (though mostly gay men, grmph), but it sounds like it could possibly be cool for everyone. Here's Town's website, and a review on it.
But I, too, do not go out to clubs that often. Because I'm getting too old and settled for them, and because I already have a guy and he's not a raver DJ clubgoing boy.
I've been curious about the Drag Queen bingo for a while now. Seema's been, but I couldn't make it then. It may be a possibility once I can get my shit in order. Whenever that is . . . Gah.
