That was perfect. Poor Sam being The Face of the SGC. I loved the combination of emotions you got with Sam and Mark's confrontation. I think that's quite realistic. It made me happy and sad at once.

Plus, you added Sam/Jack and I don't even think I asked for that. Thank you!

Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! This was my very first Stargate fic, and I was a little nervous...I got nine pages in and realized I still hadn't covered Mark. :) What can I say? Sam and Jack demanded to be written!

Thanks! I wasn't sure which way to go with Mark and settled on leaving it mixed...it felt kind of like an easy way out, and I'll probably revisit it sometime in the future. Thanks again for the FB and all your help yesterday! :)

That was a really cool story. It's definitely a unique approach to Mark Carter and the relationship between him and Sam.

That was good! There are not enough stories dealing with Mark and Sam's lives. The fact that he hated her does not surprise me...it makes perfect sense. Thanks for sharing this.

I admit, I was kind of wary writing Mark as so little has been said/seen of him in the series...But I guess it gave me kind of a freedom of sorts.
