Goals: I play for fun ♥ Usually if I get into PLOTTISH THINGS it is very spur-of-the-moment and unplanned. I'm pretty casual about what I do with my characters, and I've stopped trying to play a balanced lineup :|b This is good for my zen! I also hate dropping, so I try to do as much with the characters I app as I can, but sometimes it doesn't work out! Whiiich is why my character turnover is REALLY HIGH but also REALLY SLOW.
Beta: Please hit me up for beta if you're apping a canonmate that strongly affects my characters! I've gotten used to talking stuff out beforehand, so when SUDDEN CANON RAPIST comes along out of the blue it can be pretty jarring.
Otherwise I like betaing, just not as much as I used to, sooo I tend not to offer unless someone specifically asks me for a last-minute lookover. THIS IS NOT BECAUSE I HATE YOU AND YOUR APP. I'm just lazy and easily distracted. :X I have heard I am a fairly effective beta, though.
AU: Crack AU is fine! Only one of my characters, however, is at all good for sexual shenanigans. And I generally find playing that SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE anyway unless something's already been established ICly, and I know the other player very, very well. So.
Scheduling Issues: THIS IS THE BIGGEST UPDATE! I am now a university student! It is summer break and I am currently jobless! However, I now have far less free time. My schedule is also pretty weird and varies from day to day, since I am the designated family chauffeur/babysitter/general chorebitch.
The best approximate I can give is: on weekdays, I am not really free to play until nighttime, after about 8 PM PST! I will thread with people during the day if they request it, but it can take aaaages since I am also running willy-nilly to do other things. On weekends, I am much likelier to be around in the afternoon ... BUT I can also get kidnapped randomly for the whole day. So I am doing my best to make time for RPing, but I am generally not able to do more than casual threading unless you are willing to conclude an IC conversation over several days. :|a
Jumping: JUMP ANY OF MY CHARACTERS ANYTIME, I LOVE IT. Just ping me when you do, because sometimes I don't notice the new comment at once! Also see the scheduling issues part for when I SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR.
Thread Dropping: If I feel like a thread totally isn't going anywhere, I may drop it at a point where it seems to have closure. Also, Firefox sometimes errors and shuts my tabs, so I can occasionally lose people's threads...and I also have less time/energy/focus than I did, so occasionally I will be kidnapped, or simply need to take a break.
I am all for picking up threads when there is time! But I will understand if people get sick of waiting and don't want to anymore. :(b I WILL, however, do my best to notify people when I have to leave and when I get back.
Comfort Levels: Are roughly covered in each character's permissions/stats memes. I currently play six relative godmods and an NPC, so my comfort levels re: FUCKERY are usually pretty high as long as I know what's going on and my midboss doesn't just get assassinated out of nowhere. I like drama! I like fights and badtouch and sniping! I am less a fan of characters dying, but if it is for something amazing, then SURE.
Concrit: Yes, please. I'm not a huge fan of concrit posts and often forget to post to cfud_concrit, but if you have any immediate and glaring concerns with my characterization, please feel free to e-mail me. I will appreciate it very much!
