If I was doing most of my work on a desktop I'd probably opt to get 3 monitors (for way cheaper than those beasts some suggested) and 3 graphics cards (2 can be relatively cheap as you would use the center for heavy graphics stuff) Just something you might consider, if you are going to go out and spend a ton of money on monitors.
