toaster oven trauma

so i stuck a bunch p pizza rolls in the toaster oven to heat up, thinking i had plenty of time still i went to cover cheese over them and accidentally touched the iron bar, i got a nasty greay blistery area thats gonna KILL me in a couple hours, already i can only type for about 45 seconds before it gets hot and i have to ice it
